Mascot:
The mascot for King's Road Public School is a koala bear. The koala bear was chosen because it started with the letter "K" for King's Road Public School and was chosen by the students. The students named the mascot "Kingsley". Kingsley started as a grey and white furry suit and a mask. Now he still has the furry suit but instead of a mask he has a complete head. All thanks to a King's Road family.
Kingsley has been included in all the activities at the school, including our Play Day, the Fun Fair, Christmas and Spring Concerts, Talent Shows, and most important of all the Kingsley Award Assemblies where the students of King's Road Public School are honoured with certificates for Achievement, Citizenship, and Effort.
